Workshop Details: 

During this hands on 2 hour event we will cover the basic principles of fermentation and make delicious Kombucha, a healthy probiotic drink made from tea and sugar.

You will get an instruction booklet, learn about flavouring your Kombucha and go home with a starter culture and sample Kombucha.
