This half day activity starts with a visit in the goat barn to watch the goats being milked. You can give it a try yourself if you like! From there we take our milk and make 2 simple cheeses, which can easily be duplicated at home with store bought milk.
We will learn about the cheese making process and have a nice ” cheesy ” lunch to finish off the morning.
You will take home the recipe for your cheese and any leftovers – if there are any.
